Born in 1975 and previously a Professional Footballer, I decided to become an Elvis Tribute Artist following an horrific footballing injury, which forced me to hang up my boots.
I started listening to Elvis in my mid teens and soon found myself adapting my voice to the style of The King of Rock & Roll whilst singing in the shower. It was during my football career when my Elvis voice really developed. At one of the football clubs where I played , a member of the team used to take his guitar aboard the coach for away matches. If victorious on the journey back, I would grab the microphone at the front of the coach and sing one or two hits whilst the goalkeeper strummed along... and the rest is history!
The more I got into Elvis, the more I wanted to visit the home of Elvis Presley in Memphis Tennessee. It was in my early twenties I visited Gracelands, it was an unbelievable experience!
